Following the latest update from the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Health, as New Zealand re-enters Alert Level 4, Heathcotes will be following all protocols as per the guidance from the New Zealand Government.
All stores will be closed.
However, you can continue to shop online with contactless delivery. Pick up from stores will not be an option during this time however you can still call your local store between 9am - 5pm for any queries or to order over the phone.
Our community is important to us so we will do everything we can to keep our customers, team members and everyone else safe.
Heathcotes are open online only for all essential item shopping, delivered to your door.
Heathcotes can provide essential items for your home from our online store for delivery direct to your door.
These items include:
- Fridges/Freezers
- Stoves/Ovens & Cooktops
- Washing Machines
- Clothes Dryers
- Dishwashers
- Mobile Phones
- Computers & Work from home equipment
- Smart Televisions
- Small Appliances
- Heating Appliances
You still can shop for other items, please understand that if your request does not fit the essential criteria, we will not be able to process your order at this time.
Non-essential items cannot be supplied until stores re-open.
Heathcotes are committed to safeguarding the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, employees and communities and will adhere to the Government’s guidelines when handling these items.
Please ensure that if you have essential items delivered during the lockdown period we ask that you work with us to ensure the safety of your family and ours.

Our service centre is operational for whiteware repairs and servicing
Our service centre will still be continuing with whiteware repairs, we have policies in place and required personal protection on hand to keep our team and customers safe. If one of our staff does come into your property please respect social distancing.
