Miele Order Confirmation
The order confirmation email will confirm your purchase. The email will also include an attachment of the order confirmation as a PDF for your records. If any order details are incorrect or you have any queries, please contact Heathcotes.

Miele Product Payment & Invoice
Your payment will be made directly to Miele. Please note purchases of Miele products will appear separately to any other purchases you make from Heathcotes on your bank or credit card statements.

Miele Installation
Extend the Miele quality beyond your appliance and into your home by having them installed by Miele. The Miele Installer will professionally connect and test your device before providing you with a demonstration leaving you feeling confident aand ready to begin using your new appliance. This includes:

  • Installation and testing of your appliance
  • Connection of your appliance to existing water and power outlets
  • Levelling and securing of the appliance
  • Collection and removal of all packing materials

Miele After Sales Service
If you require service for your appliance, please visit the Miele Self-Service portal at: www.selfservice.miele.com.au.

Online Warranty Registration
All Miele domestic appliances come with a free 2-year parts and labour warranty. Miele will correct, free of charge, any defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years, subject to the terms of our Guarantee. Details on our warranty can be found in a separate "Guarantee document", which is supplied with every appliance.

Miele Service Certificate
Miele appliances are designed and built to the highest quality, durability, innovation and tradition but it is reassuring to know that if your appliance does ever require service or maintenance, Miele is here to assist you.

 For complete peace of mind, the Miele Service Certificate extends your manufacturer’s warranty period to 5 years from the date of appliance delivery, for a single charge of $249 (Inc.GST) per appliance. The Miele Service Certificate can be purchased from Miele strictly for a period of 60 days from the date of appliance delivery. Following expiry of this 60-day period you will not be eligible for the Miele Service Certificate.

The Miele Service Certificate offers added benefits over and above certain statutory guarantees and rights that you already have under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Peace of mind – let Miele manage the whole process for you.
  • Ordinary wear and tear repair or replacement.
  • New for old replacement.
  • Cash payment where product replacement is not viable.
  • Installation and removal in the case of replacement of your appliances during the MSC period.
  • $50 CareCollection Voucher for use on the Miele Online Shop.
  • Dry cleaning allowance up to $150
  • Food spoilage reimbursement up to $300
  • Courier / Transportation to and from your home to a repair centre
  • Transferrable cover
