Play CD, CD-R and CD-RW
Philips is known for making products which are compatible with many discs available in the market. This audio system lets you enjoy music from CD,CD-R and CD-RW. CD-RW (CD-Rewritable Compatible) means that your audio system can play both CD-Recordable (CD-R) and CD-Rewritable (CD-RW) discs. CD-R discs are recordable once and can be played on any audio CD player while CD-RW discs can be recorded and rewritten multiple times and can only be played back on compatible audio CD players.
CD Shuffle/Repeat for personalized music enjoyment
The "Shuffle/Repeat" function helps you to get rid of the boredom of hearing your music played in the same order all the time. After loading your favorite songs to the player, all you have to do is to select one of the modes - "Shuffle" or "Repeat" for your tunes to be played in different modes order. Enjoy the different and unique music experience every time you hook up to your player.
Dynamic Bass Boost for deep and dramatic sound
Dynamic Bass Boost maximizes your music enjoyment by emphasizing the bass content of the music throughout the range of volume settings - from low to high – at the touch of a button! Bottom-end bass frequencies usually get lost when the volume is set at a low level. To counteract this, Dynamic Bass Boost can be switched on to boost bass levels, so you can enjoy consistent sound even when you turn down the volume.
Audio-in for easy portable music playback
Make one easy connection and enjoy all your music from portable devices and computers. Simply plug your device to the AUDIO-IN (3.5 mm) port on your Philips set. With computers, the connection is typically made from the headset output. Once linked, you can enjoy your entire music collection directly, on a set of superior speakers. Philips simply delivers better sound.
3W RMS total output power
This system has 3W RMS total output power. RMS refers to Root Mean Square which is a typical measurement of audio power, or rather, the electrical power transferred from an audio amplifier to a loudspeaker, which is measured in watts. The amount of electrical power delivered to the loudspeaker and its sensitivity determines the sound power that is generated. The higher the wattage, the better the sound power emitted by the speaker.
20-track CD programmable
The CD progammable playback feature allows you to enjoy your favorite tracks in the sequence you want.
This product comes with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty.

This feature is designed as an indicator only. Our stock levels are changing constantly and from time to time stock could go missing, get stolen or become faulty/damaged meaning this may not be 100% accurate. We do however endeavour to keep this as up to date as possible. We recommend calling ahead to your preferred store to confirm before ordering.
Delivery Time Frames
Please be patient with us. We’ll do our best to get your orders to you as fast as possible however, some orders may be delayed. Orders with multiple items may be delivered as separate packages. Once the order leaves our warehouse you will receive a dispatch email with tracking information.
Delivery time frames vary depending on location in New Zealand. Please allow for extra time if you are in a rural address.

Additional Delivery Services Terms & Conditions
Appliance Removal
Our team will take your old washing machine away to our local distribution centre when they deliver your new one. Removal must be done at the delivery location of your order and on the same day.
Any appliance to be removed must be disconnected from all water & electrical supplies by you or your contractor in advance of the appliance being removed. You agree that removed goods are deemed to have zero value and become our property. We may dispose of them as we see fit.
Rubbish Removal
Whether we are doing the install or you, we’ll unbox your appliance & remove the packaging from your home. No need to find a home for that polystyrene! We’ll take care of it.
Installation of Washing Machines
On delivery day we’ll carefully move your new washing machine to wherever you want it positioned. We’ll unbox it and, provided you have the necessary electricity connection and plumbing in place, connect the washing machine.
We’ll remove any transit bolts, ensure its levelled and test it for basic operation.
Installation of Dryers
On delivery day we’ll carefully move your dryer to wherever you want it positioned. We’ll unbox it and, provided you have the necessary electricity connection, connect the dryer.
We do not wall mount dryers, install dryer ducting or mount the dryer on a stacking kit. Our installation service is to existing connections only so if ducting is already in place we can connect to it.
Installation of Refrigerators
On delivery day we’ll carefully move your new fridge or freezer to wherever you want it positioned. We’ll unbox it and, provided you have the necessary electricity connection, connect the fridge or freezer to power.
We do not change the hinge on refrigerators, connect to plumbing or install panels on integrated refrigerators as part of this install service.

Heathcotes partner with Courier Post & Fliway Transport to deliver your order direct to your door.
Please note delivery drivers are unable to enter your house.

Freight Rates
The easiest way to calculate freight cost when viewing an item is to click the "Calculate Freight" link and then enter your postcode. If you are ordering multiple items, often there will be a freight saving - the total freight cost will be displayed at shopping cart time.

National Delivery Network
For smaller orders, we use CourierPost's network, for larger orders we use Fliway's Delivery Network. All orders must be signed for on delivery so we know that your purchase has been delivered successfully.
