I called before ordering and received excellent support. The order through the website went absolutely seamlessly. Heathcote was the only provider that had the machine we wanted in stock, offered a better price than our local providers and offered a lower delivery and install fee than our local providers. The washing machine was delivered very quickly and by an excellent service, the install was perfect. Very happy.

Communication was great, price I paid (even when including delivery ) was better than other suppliers. After the guys installed it they left a bit of a mess to clean up but I understood considering they had another 20 deliveries that day and it was already 1.30pm! So rushing through installs made sense.
