I called before ordering and received excellent support. The order through the website went absolutely seamlessly. Heathcote was the only provider that had the machine we wanted in stock, offered a better price than our local providers and offered a lower delivery and install fee than our local providers. Communication was great, price I paid (even when including delivery ) was better than other suppliers. After the guys installed it they left a bit of a mess to clean up but I understood considering they had another 20 deliveries that day and it was already 1.30pm! So rushing through installs made sense.
